The Practice will not tolerate any patient or member of the Public acting in a violent or aggressive manner, whether Verbal or Physical, to GPs or Practice staff. Anyone acting in this manner may be removed from the premises by the police. Depending on the seriousness of the incident the patient may immediately be removed from the GP list following notification to Practitioner Services. The patient will be informed by the Practice should this action be taken.
