Suggestions and Complaints

good_ratings

We always welcome suggestions about how we can improve our services. This can be done by simply posting or handing in your suggestion in a sealed envelope.

We would hope that most problems and complaints can be dealt with in our normal, informal manner by speaking directly to our Practice Manager.

We do also provide a formal complaints process as part of an NHS system for dealing with any complaint. Our complaints system meets national criteria. We aim to give the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.

A copy of the complaints procedure leaflet is available from reception on request.

Any complaints or concerns about the service you have received from the Doctors or any of the staff please let us know as soon as possible after the incident.

Complaints should be addressed to the Practice Manager.

UK Ombudsman Services

The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman

If you remain unhappy after everything has been done to try to resolve your concern or complaint you have the right to approach the Ombudsman and there are instructions for doing this on the SPSO website.
