The Health Centre operates Treatment Room services (eg. blood + urine testing, wound management: dressings + suture removal) for our patients and other practices within the Health Centre. When appropriate, patients will receive a referral to these services. Patient will be given, or asked to collect, a referral form and to then make an appointment directly with the Treatment Room. This can be done in person or by telephoning 01698 242618. Please ensure you have your form prior to attending your appointment or you will not be seen.
